Terms of service
Last updated:
These terms apply to AgentWiki: this website, the web app at app.vividkit.app, the API, the MCP server and the CLI (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization.
Your account
- You sign in with Google or GitHub and are responsible for activity under your account and its API keys.
- Keep API keys secret, give each agent only the scopes it needs, and revoke keys you no longer use.
- Tell us at privacy@vividkit.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You keep all rights to the documents, Sources, files, wiki pages and secrets you or your agents add. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you add and for what your agents write.
Uploaded files are public by default. A file uploaded to Storage gets a link that anyone who has it
can open without signing in. To keep a file private, upload it with agentwiki upload put --private or
switch it later with agentwiki upload public <id> --off (API: isPublic=false). You are
responsible for making confidential files private before or right after uploading them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- store or distribute malware, or content that exploits or harms people;
- probe, overload or bypass the security, rate limits or credit system of the service;
- access another workspace's data without permission.
We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk, and will tell you why when we can.
Credits and payments
- Some actions use credits. Each workspace's free credits are reset each day; purchased credit packs are processed by our payment provider, Polar.
- Prices and per-action costs are shown on this website and in the app, and may change with notice.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between workspaces.
- Refund requests go to privacy@vividkit.app.
AI output
Summaries, extracted text and pages written by agents can be wrong. Citations and the review queue help you check them, but you remain responsible for decisions based on that content.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change; features described as coming soon are not part of the service until released.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms. The privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date above when these terms change and email account holders about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
